For instance, even Lord Buddha, he distributed to all beings which he achieved  The enlightenment after sacrificed  countless lives.
Try to live with philanthropic spirit in the world.

ဘာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ သုခဒုကၡကို ညီတူညီမွ် ေ၀စားမွ်စားတတ္မွသာလွ်င္ အေကာင္းဆံုး အႏၱရာယ္အကင္းဆုံး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
တစ္ေယာက္တည္း အတၱႀကီးစြာ တစ္ကိုေကာင္းဆန္စြာ အရာရာတိုင္းကို ပိုင္ဆိုင္သိမ္းပိုက္လိုလွ်င္ အႏၱရာယ္ေတြ႕နိဳင္ပါတယ္။

သဗၺညဳ ဗုဒၵရွင္ေတာ္ျမတ္ေသာ္မွ နိဗၺာန္ခ်မ္းသာကို (သႏၱိသုခ) ကိုယ္ေတာ္တစ္ပါးတည္း သံုးေဆာင္ခံစားခဲ႔တာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။
ေမတၱာကရုဏာႀကီးမားစြာျဖင္႔ သတၱ၀ါေတြအတြက္ မွ်ေ၀ေပးေ၀ ခံစားေစခဲ႔ပါတယ္။
သာမန္ပုဂၢိဳလ္တစ္ေယာက္အတြက္ တစ္ကိုေတာ္စိတ္ေတြေမြးျပီး ဘာကိုမွ် မလုပ္သင္႔ပါဘူး။
မွ်ေ၀ေပးေ၀နိဳင္ေလ အႏၱရာယ္္ကင္းေလ စိတ္ခ်မ္းသာမွဳ ကိုယ္စီရရိွေလပါ။
ဘာကိုပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ပရဟိတစိတ္ေတြေမြးျပီး ငါရသလို တစ္ပါးသူေတြလည္း ရပါေစခ်င္းဆိုတဲ႔ ကိုယ္ခ်င္းစာစိတ္ေလးေမြးျပီး ဘ၀ကိုရွင္သန္ ရပ္တည္သြားႀကပါ။
