မစင္ၾကယ္ေသာ အေတြးအၾကံစိတ္ကိုလိုက္သူသည္
ယခုဘ၀ေရာ ေနာက္ဘ၀ပါ ႏွစ္ဘ၀လံုး
ဆင္းရဲဒုကၡေရာက္လိမ့္မည္...
ကိုယ္ျပဳသည့္ မေကာင္းမႈကို ျမင္သည္ႏွင့္အမွ်
ႀကီးမားစြာ ဆင္းရဲပူပန္ရမည္သာျဖစ္၏။

ဓမၼတရားကို လုိက္နာသူသည္ကား
ယခုဘ၀ေရာ ေနာက္ဘ၀ပါ
ခ်မ္းေျမ့သုခ ျပည့္စံုရလိမ့္မည္။
ကိုယ္ျပဳသည့္ ေကာင္းမႈကို သိျမင္သည္ႏွင့္အမွ် ႀကီးမားစြာ ခ်မ္းေျမ့သုခရလိမ့္မည္။

ရာဂ ေဒါသ ေမာဟ မက္ေမာစိတ္
ခက္ထန္ၾကမ္းၾကဳတ္စိတ္ႏွင့္ ႐ူးႏွမ္းစိတ္တို႔ကို
ပယ္၍ အမွန္တရားကို သိပါ။
ၿငိမ္းေအးမႈကို ရွာေဖြပါ။
ဓမၼအရသာကို ခံစားပါ။

Whoever follows impure thoughts
Suffers in this world and the next.
In both worlds he suffers
And how greatly
When he sees the wrong he has done.

But whoever follows the law
Is joyful here and joyful there.
In both worlds he rejoices
And how greatly
When he sees the good he has done.

Give up the old ways-
Passion, enmity, folly.
Know the truth and find peace:
share the way.
